Yep. I miss school actually after having been studying at home lately. Can't deny that studying at home is like "a monk trying to abstain from the lure of lust" from touching my PSP, oogling at laptop screen and caressing my petite mouse. Not forgetting to mention also the temptation of all MAN------MY SOFT FUFFY BED!
Great thanks to Weecheer for updating me of the status of central library in case I made a wasted trip down to a crowded library without spaces for me. The Library during this mugging period, has an Aura to make me wanna mug more. In sociological perspective, I think this aura can be understood as how the "presence of others" influence our behaviour, thoughts and action. Does conformity places a role here? Maybe Some sociologist can enlighten me on that. But I do feel a sense of desire to study in the atmosphere created. I should say that our library really did a great job in creating such a wonderful environment that somehow makes me wanna mug more than usual.
Maybe seeing others mug along and beside you, do give some implicit encouragement that we are all doing this together and we are not alone.
I truely value The sound of silence and occasional noise caused by flipping of papers coughing and sound of hp vibrating on the table. Productive day today :)
